You retain all rights to the images you edit using Orlume. Since processing occurs locally on your device, we do not access, store, or claim any rights to your content.

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create content that violates others' rights

5. Intellectual Property

The Orlume application, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Orlume Vision Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

6. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers free features with optional paid upgrades. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. You may cancel anytime.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
